About the Chef
Chef Charles made a career working with Kentucky food. In his professional career, Charles has worked alongside the best chefs and farmers in central Kentucky while running kitchens including Woodford Reserve as Executive Chef, The Holly Hill Inn as chef de cuisine and at Fasig Tipton as Executive chef. His passion for sharing the farm to table experience led to honing his joie de vi·vre at West Sixth Farm in Franklin Co. Most recently, his culinary and farming vocations led him to consulting the opening of Locals Food Hub and Pizza Pub in Frankfort, Ky. “It is a privilege to live and cook Kentucky Proud.”- Chef Charles Taylor
