Description
Kentucky State University will be hosting its annual
"Halloween on the Hilltop," on Saturday, October 29, 2016. This event is designed to give the children of Frankfort a fun, safe way to spend Halloween. Our event, which will last from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in KSU's Exum Gymnasium, will include many Halloween activities like: face painting, jump houses, Trick-or-Treat Alley, games, a costume contest, and much more. Halloween on the Hilltop is an annual event and is a great way to get the KSU community involved with Frankfort.
