Kentucky State University will be hosting its annual
"Halloween on the Hilltop," on Saturday, October 29, 2016. This event is designed to give the children of Frankfort a fun, safe way to spend Halloween. Our event, which will last from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in KSU's Exum Gymnasium, will include many Halloween activities like: face painting, jump houses, Trick-or-Treat Alley, games, a costume contest, and much more.  Halloween on the Hilltop is an annual event and is a great way to get the KSU community involved with Frankfort. Should you have any questions or would like to donate to this years' events, please feel free to contact Dr. Shannon Brogan, at (502)-597-6314
